In my industry people move around a lot. There are only two people left who were in my department when I started two years ago. I both love and hate that aspect of the industry. Some of my favorite people have gone on to other places to do really cool things. I like to think of it as a friendly competition. My stuff against your stuff, although it’s getting harder these days since we’re all going in different directions. Still, it’s fun to get together once in awhile and share industry gossip.
