There’s nothing better than pho on a cold day. Even though today wasn’t so cold, it was still nice to have a big bowl of soup. Although today I opted for wontons in a pork broth (Mi Hoanh Thanh), it was yummy. Someday I’ll muster up the courage to try to make my own, but I don’t think I’m quite courageous enough yet.
