It was a beautiful day for an outdoor wedding. Warm sun, no clouds, and good friends. The only downside to the day were the bees and the scary mutant mosquitoes that managed to bite me in more uncomfortable places than I think I’ve ever been bit before. (toe bites are the worst!) The bride’s dress was beautiful and simple. The groom looked uncomfortably happy. In his haste to arrive at the wedding he left both his shirt, tie, and cuff links at his hotel. Luckily one of the guests happily gave him the shirt off his back and disaster was averted. The ceremony was quick and lovely, officiated by a good friend. It was a laid back afternoon ending with another beautiful drive through the countryside as the sun set.
