Lap xuong (chinese sausage) over rice. After it cooked, I poured on some soy sauce and added a bit of kimchee. Not bad for a meal whose prep involved cutting a few pieces of sausage and throwing it all into the rice cooker. It doesn’t look like much, but it was tasty.
